Admiral Baysuites, formerly Admiral Hotel, is a historic structure built way back in 1939. It was designed by Fernando H. Ocampo in a traditional-revivalist style. It was owned by Lopez-Araneta until Anchor Land acquired it from them in 2009. It is a gorgeous establishment that exudes heritage and luxury. A lot of prominent people have stayed in this hotel such as; US President Herbert Hoover, Lord Mountbatten, and General Douglas McArthur.

In 2013, the hotel decided to upgrade their lighting system in the façade and public areas. TELCS was preferred as their lighting design partner in this project, considering our proficiency and technology.

Studying the areas, TELCS came up with a lighting suitable for the extravagance and coziness of the hotel. Weather-proof lighting fixtures were installed to highlight columns and other horizontal elements of the façade and warm toned lighting for the interiors, to keep the homey feel without disrupting the elegance.

All-in-all the Admiral Baysuites was appreciative of the well thought out lighting system that TELCS provided. It was an amazing experience and we take pride of the outcome.
