An outstanding residence and leisure complex in the midst of the metropolis, Alphaland Makati Place. This property was designed by Wong & Ouyang, a well-known architectural firm in Hong Kong. The design was meant to project efficiency, sustainability, and enjoyment.

The lighting design was done by TELCS. The residential establishment has sports facilities, a spa, restaurants, and a mall. Given the variety of activities in the building, detailed specialty lighting is the smartest option to apply. Also, since it is in the middle of the business district filled with skyscrapers, TELCS made sure it stands out in the skyline. The podium and its interiors were considered in the planning too and we made sure they were accentuated.

Some of the areas to look forward to in terms of the structure’s awesome lighting is the glowing natural alabaster stone that can be found in the main mall entrance, highlighted 7-meter-high columns, and the seamless ceiling design with slits that conceal the fluorescent fixtures in the main public areas.
The lighting design indeed made the brilliant building even more extraordinary and the client was very satisfied.
