The Rauber residence is located in Ayala, Alabang. The house has dark interiors which required dramatic lighting but low electric consumption. TELCS, implemented a lighting system appropriate for the activities done on each room. The design also gave a comfortable vibe for the homeowners. This was achieved by using lighting automation and Eltako lighting technology.

TELCS’ fully automated mood lighting made an incredible change in the ambiance of the house. The homeowners expressed their appreciation for what we have done.
