Nguyen residence is a newly renovated luxurious bungalow house that is 1324 sq/m2. It is located in Ayala Alabang. The owners planned to have lighting designs that would highlight its contemporary modern architecture. They also wanted a livelier place for their family to enjoy.

TELCS created a festive and warm environment for the residents. One of the main features was the pool area where color-changing LED lights were installed. It made taking a dip extra fun and the family loved it. The lights were ergonomically positioned and it worked well with the interiors of the home.
