Bukit Tunku is Malaysia’s Beverly Hills. Most of the elite and the respected people lives in this area. The designs of the houses are grandiose and are taken seriously. Mediocre is never an option for these residences.

TELCS was entrusted by one of the most affluent expats in Malaysia to provide the perfect lighting design for three luxury villas. The Villas are built on a lot of more than 7,000sqm.
While the largest Villa is being built on 4,000sqm, the intermediate one covers
a fabulous 1,874sqm.
The marvelous residence consists of a basement with entertainment and game areas, ground floor with open planned kitchen, living room, outdoor dining area, family room, open lawn, and guest bedrooms and living area. The master bedroom and secondary bedroom is found on the second floor.

Diligent research and analysis were done to identify the right lighting fixtures with the right luminous efficacies for every area of the property. TELCS came up with a tremendous design wherein upon entering the house, guests will be welcomed by series of light scenes, in-ground uplights for vertical wooden trellises, a soft glow of light coming from the steps, premiere league fixtures as general illumination, and a spill of light coming from the sculpture lighting.

The exquisiteness of the lighting design did not stop there, passing through the majestic foyer leading to the main areas of the house, an assortment of magnificent paintings was accentuated with a defined beam angle using MR16 LEDs. Aside from that, in-ground wall-washers were installed to highlight the wall panels with expensive stone finish.

The vision of the residents was actualized. TELCS’ lighting technology and design gave the home a cozy, elegant feel without compromising efficiency.
