The Landmark Mandarin Oriental HongKong, HongKongs most luxurious Hotel recently renovated its L450, L600 and L900 Deluxe rooms.

A complete re-design with a breathtaking, energy-saving lighting design, enhancing every design detail of the interior. Eltako’s technically superior Smart Home automation was chosen as it is the only System in the World allowing flicker-free LED dimming to near darkness. Guest occupancy rates increased beyond 90% and the positive feedback rate achieved near 100%. The new design proved that exceptional lighting design and the Perfect Smart Automation was successful beyond expectations.

In the deluxe rooms, fine lights that line the top were used to highlight the wooden slats, giving the room an airy ambiance. The bedrooms have gorgeous three-dimensional bird art piece with a spotlight that shines on the pillows of the bed. Down and up lights with special lenses were installed to give life to the birds and created cloud like silhouettes on the ceiling.  Each of the rooms benefited from an improved mood and lighting atmosphere with several light scenes to enhance the experience of staying in a premiere luxury hotel.
